Pain shared is pain lessened; joy shared is joy increased.

Here’s what to expect with online therapy.
Working online provides a comfortable form of therapy – where you can even wear your PJs! You can meet with me online and come just as you are in your home.
I aim to provide a safe place to share your hurts, hopes, and dreams. In this space, you can share your personal story and feel heard as you tell your truth from your perspective.
Many of us hide our genuine emotions for fear of ridicule or judgment. In therapy, you can access your emotions, feel your feelings, and choose healthy responses.
We’ll dig deep to get to the root of the issues and heal those wounds. I will meet you where you are and create a personalized plan to meet your unique needs. Using a combination of modalities, including EMDR, psychotherapy, CBT, empty chair, inner child, journaling, and others, we will work together to lessen triggers and help you feel more comfortable in your body and who you are.
Therapy changed my life!
I’m here to empower you to do the things you’re fearful of – I know if I can do it, you can, too!
I’ve been where you are, and I know how you feel. Therapy helped me resolve trauma and changed my negative belief system that interfered with all areas of my life.
It’s time to shed the mask and fill your toolbox with tools to help you thrive!
About Me
I bring a variety of experiences into the therapy room.
Becoming a counselor was not my first career. I have been a stay-at-home mom, a schoolteacher, and now an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
As a therapist, I have had the opportunity to work at an all-addiction treatment center for five years with individuals dealing with addictions and families navigating through recovery with their loved ones.
I enjoy working one-on-one with clients to help them overcome hurdles of perfectionism, addictions, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression and find joy in their lives again.
My credentials include a BS in Education from Texas Tech University and an MS in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin-Simmons University.
Life is full of adventure outside of counseling.
I love to travel when I’m not working, especially on a cruise.
I am a Texan, born and raised. That means I’m a huge Cowboys fan, love a good steak, and enjoy Southern hospitality and country music.
Since my children have grown, my husband and I love caring for our dogs, Ollie & Molly!
